Onesell E-commerce system


1. What is the onesell operation flow

    1st Step:

    Authorize your shop by going to "My Account" > "Store Authorization" > " Authorize your Shop to the System."

    2nd Step:

    Add products by selecting the items you want to sell and adding them to your product list.

    3rd Step:

    Unlock products by choosing the specific products you want to unlock and clicking on the "Unlock" button.

    4th Step:

    Upload products after unlocking. Select your platform and mass-upload your products.

    5th Step:

    Order synchronization occurs when you receive an order. The system will automatically sync your order. After payment confirmation, we will proceed to pack and deliver your order.


2.  How do we unlock the product to sell?

By making payment according to the unlock price of the listed/selected product. Ensure your Onesell account have sufficient funds in your Onesell e-wallet.


 3. Why we use unlock?

We use unlock is aim to encourage user to select, generate and identify their strength and unique categories for their e-commerce platform shop. It also encourages users to engage in market planning and analysing trend before making payment which make high profit, less competition.


 4. Can i change the product images and the product information at my stores, if im not satisfy with the product images and information ?

Sure, you can change the product images and the product information at your stores, but the SPU, SKU must not change in your Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok. 


 5. What is SKU  and SPU

Online products required an identifier code to store in a wide database. For sale purposes, the item code are referred to as SPU & SKU.

 

SKU and SPU are unique codes used to identify products in a seller's inventory. SPU (Standard Product Unit) is a broader code that represents a product, while SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) is a more specific code that refers to a particular variant or version of that product.


For example, an SPU might be 'AAA001,' representing a specific product, while the corresponding SKUs could be 'AAA001a,' 'AAA001b,' and 'AAA001c,' each referring to different variants or versions of that same product.

 

6. What are the different pricing terms related to products on your Onesell website?

Cost price refers to the price paid by the seller.

Upload price is the cost of uploading the product to your shop.

Unlock price is the fee to unlock a product for selling.

Unlock promo represents the promotional price for unlocking a product.

 

7. Can i change the password ?

Certainly, you can change the password by navigating to 'My Center' > 'Account Security' > 'Reset Password.

 

8. What should I do if I encounter an upload failure, and how can I resolve the issue?

When you encounter an upload failed, you may reupload the product, if cannot you may contact to our Onesell customer service.

 

9. What is the invitation code?

An invitation code is a unique code used to grant access to register as a Onesell distributor. When registering for Onesell distributor account, you will need to enter an invitation code.

 

10. How can I receive the invitation code?

You can request the invitation code from Onesell customer service or from a friend who has already registered as a Onesell member.


11. What are the benefits of the invitation code?

The invitation code is part of our referral program. Those who share their invitation code with others may receive the 5% commission from successful referrals unlock fees.
