If you encounter abnormal or irregular orders, it is advisable to promptly get in touch with Onesell. Contacting Onesell as soon as possible allows their customer service team to assist you in addressing and recovering from such orders.

2. Will you send an invoice or receipts along with the parcel?

We want to clarify that we do not include invoices, receipts, or price tags with the parcels we send. When you order from us, you will receive the product itself, but we do not include any additional documentation or pricing information in the package. This can be advantageous for those who are dropshipping, as it allows for a more seamless and discreet customer experience.

3. How often the stock refill.

The restock rate can depend on product status, as our inventory is shared among multiple customers. It operates on ‘first pay, first serve’ basic for  orders.
